Hardil… from the house of Idhayam - can there be a better name to match its penchant for high quality cooking oil from a company that has over six decades' experience in the edible oil industry? Idhayam means heart in Tamil, and Hardil translates to every heart in Hindi. Therefore, the name is bound to woo the hearts of the people in North where mustard oil has been a conventional choice for long. Hardil mustard oil is made from high quality mustard seeds.

Besides being a cooking medium, the oil has other benefits. It protects against coronary diseases, can be used as massage oil, is a strong stimulant and helps in easing back pain. In North India, the oil is also used for rub-downs and massages, thought to improve blood circulation, muscular development and skin texture, thanks to its antibacterial properties.
