CLEANING PROCESS 

To remove any foreign material like leaves, twigs, immature seeds, damaged seeds, small stones and dust that may come along with the raw material as sesame seeds are an agricultural commodity sourced directly from farmers all over INDIA.

OIL EXTRACTION 

Cleaned Sesame seeds are then crushed along with pure Palm Jaggery purchased from the locations where Palm trees are grown exclusively for preparing Palm Jaggery. Our company consumes 40 tons of Palm Jaggery every month. Using Palm Jaggery is part of our traditional sesame oil making process for more than 67 years since 1943.

FILTRATION 

The sesame oil obtained from the crushing process is filtered using a food grade cloth with a filter press to remove the particulate matter in the sesame oil and provide a clear golden coloured sesame oil.
