GROUNDNUT OIL
Groundnuts can be consumed raw in many different forms of preparations such as steamed, roasted, fried and also in the form of groundnut chikkis and groundnut ladoos.
Groundnuts are directly edible and hence the oil obtained by crushing the groundnut seeds are also directly edible just like the groundnuts. Groundnut Oil is a natural filtered oil.

Our Mantra Groundnut Oil is manufactured in three simple steps. These simple steps help in providing the customers the best groundnut oil with the natural aroma and fine taste

CLEANING PROCESS
Cleaning the groundnut seeds to remove any shells or any other foreign material such as leaves, twigs, stones and dust. Cleaning process also removes the seeds damaged at the time of harvesting in the farms and seeds damaged due to rain at the time of harvest and removes small shrivelled seeds that affect the taste and shelf life of the Groundnut oil.

OIL EXTRACTION
Cleaned groundnut seeds are then crushed in an expeller where the groundnut seeds are crushed to expel the groundnut oil out of the seeds.

FILTRATION
The groundnut oil obtained from the crushing process is filtered using a food grade cloth with a filter press to remove the particulate matter in the groundnut oil and provide a clear golden coloured groundnut oil.
